Returns & Refunds:

As always, your satisfaction is our first priority. If you're not satisfied with any item, Handy Laundry return policy is as follows:
Customers wishing to return merchandise to Handy Laundry must first contact and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:
  • Defective Upon Shipment - Credit for cost of item(s) or replacement
  • New (Unopened) - Credit for cost of item(s) minus cost of shipping and handling & a 10% re-stocking fee *
  • Cancelled Order - Credit for cost of item(s) minus 0% re-stocking fee
  • Used (Opened) - Non-Returnable
  • Damaged, Missing Parts - Non-Returnable

* Handy Laundry reserves the right to evaluate production return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 15 days of customer invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via group shipment, unless customer requests an upgrade at their expense. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships. All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to the address provided along with the Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages must have the RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. Handy Laundry is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. Allow 7 to 14 business days for processing returns.

If approved, you can expect your refund or exchange within one week from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
